What you bring:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) facilitation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
• Previous work with K-12th grade students in inclusive and specialized settings
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Skilled in supporting diverse learners and advocating for their success

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating ARD meetings, ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to assess and develop appropriate educational plans
• Delivering tailored instruction and interventions aligned with students’ IEPs
• Tracking student progress, maintaining detailed records, and reporting outcomes
• Building relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support a positive learning experience
• Participating in professional development and school-wide initiatives as needed
