Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Arlington, Tennessee

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (open to Clinical Fellows and SLPAs)
• Active SLP or SLPA state licensure, or eligibility to obtain
• Experience with pediatric populations in healthcare or educational settings
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and progress documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent communication
• Flexibility to provide therapy in both school and clinical environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for K-8 students
• Deliver speech and language therapy sessions in schools (1–2 days/week) and in the clinic by appointment
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student growth
• Maintain detailed records of progress and adapt strategies as needed
• Contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary team focused on each child’s unique needs
