Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist, providing vital support to students across Early Intervention and K-12 programs in the scenic Gettysburg, PA, area. We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill multiple full-time, in-person SLP roles for the 2026-2027 school year. Positions are available serving either the North Eastern district’s elementary schools or Early Intervention for ages 3-5.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology Certification required
  • Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate (must provide with resume)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome if supervision requirements are met
  • SLPAs cannot be considered for these openings
  • Strong skills collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing a diverse caseload
  • Effective planning, documentation, and communication skills

Role A Responsibilities: (K-12, North Eastern District)

  • Deliver speech-language services to students in regular education and autistic support across two elementary buildings
  • Manage a varied caseload of approximately 50-55 students, including minor case management duties
  • Maintain consistent schedule, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, following the academic calendar

Role B Responsibilities: (Early Intervention)

  • Provide therapy and support for preschool-age children (ages 3-5) with special education needs
  • Participate actively in collaborative planning and family engagement
