Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed School Psychologist in the state (must possess a current, valid license)
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Skilled in consultation, assessment, and intervention for student behavioral and learning needs
- Familiarity with IEP development, special education procedures, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
- Adaptable and organized, able to manage varying caseloads and environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data
- Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families on student needs and interventions
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate on behavioral and academic supports
