We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Las Vegas. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide therapy to patients of all ages (infants through adults) as appropriate to the setting.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and home exercises.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or CF eligibility
Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Nevada
Experience working with children and pediatric populations
Familiarity with autism and various speech or language impairments
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
