LHH is partnering with a growing organization in Downtown Cincinnati to identify an Administrative Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, and candidates with Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, filing, and general office coordination.
- Assist with tenant, vendor, and client communications while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and support contract and document management functions.
- Maintain office records, files, databases, and reporting to ensure accurate and organized information.
- Coordinate meetings, special projects, and day-to-day office activities to support business operations.
- Support monthly reporting, budgeting activities, and other administrative projects as assigned.
- High school diploma required; additional education in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Previous administrative, customer service, office support, or coordinator experience preferred
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting support experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, professional communication skills, and the ability to work independently
