\nThis role requires a minimum of 5+ years of construction project management experience; candidates without this baseline experience will not be considered.

- Manage multiple public works and DSA construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout \n
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing strategies \n
- Oversee financial performance including forecasting, cost control, cash flow, and profitability \n
- Administer owner contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation \n
- Lead change order strategy, negotiations, and claims management \n
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor critical paths, and implement recovery plans as needed \n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, inspectors, and regulatory agencies \n
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and field staff \n
- Promote jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with all project and company standards \n
- Drive successful project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, retention, and final payments \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- 5+ years of construction project management experience (public works required) \n
- Demonstrated experience with DSA-regulated projects \n
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, contracts, and cost controls \n
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 \n
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders \n
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field \n
