Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant for a direct hire opportunity with a respected healthcare organization in Phoenix Metropolitan Area. This back-office clinical role supports a busy nephrology practice environment and is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys making a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.

You will work closely with providers and clinical staff while helping patients navigate important aspects of their care.

Key Responsibilities

- Room patients, obtain vital signs, administer injections, perform urine testing, and assist with anemia and iron management.
- Support clinical procedures and diagnostic testing, including specimen collection, blood pressure monitoring, scheduling, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR and communicate patient updates to providers and care team members.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, recalls, referrals, and ongoing care needs to support treatment plan adherence.
- Assist with medical records, inventory control, HIPAA compliance, and daily back-office clinic operations.
- Provide compassionate, bilingual patient support and education in English and Spanish.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 75% to 100% employer-paid coverage, depending on plan selected.
