Unit Specifics:
· Number of Beds :16
· Patient Ratios :1:2
· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : no unit secretary or tech, only RNs
· Type of equipment :bedside monitors, a-lines
· Documentation system:Meditech
· Scheduling requirements:12 hour shifts with call rotations
· Floating policy: no floating
· Patient Experience requirements: OAS CAHPS
Hospital Specifics-
· Certifications: CCRN and CAPA preferred
Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set: at least 1 year ICU/PACU experience
Must have:
Advanced skills needed: ICU skill set and ACLS, BLS, PALS
Procedures performed on unit: intubations but anesthesia leads this
Certifications Required: none
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
· Nacy blue scrubs
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
