We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, values safety and craftsmanship, and enjoys mentoring teams while driving projects to successful completion.


Location: Arizona
Full-Time
Salary: $85,000 – $90,000/year


What You’ll Do

As an Electrical Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electrical crews, apprentices, and subcontractors
  • Plan daily work activities and coordinate labor/resources effectively
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
  • Conduct jobsite inspections and maintain high-quality workmanship
  • Coordinate with project managers and other trades on scheduling and execution
  • Troubleshoot field issues and implement timely solutions
  • Track labor hours, materials, production, and job progress
  • Mentor and train apprentices and newer electricians
  • Promote a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety


What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Strong journeyman-level electrical experience
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems
  • Thorough understanding of NEC and applicable electrical codes
  • Experience leading crews in construction environments
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe work practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Work Environment

This role may include work in:

  • Indoor office and controlled environments
  • Outdoor industrial construction sites
  • Variable weather conditions and industrial settings
  • Travel up to 10%
