Job Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.
- Perform visual inspections to identify product quality issues.
- Package, stack, wrap, and prepare materials for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist production teams with general labor duties as needed.
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (experience preferred but not required).
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
- Strong attendance and reliability are required.
- Able to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
