ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, school-based position in Vacaville, CA for the 2026-2027 school year.

5th-7th grade functional academics classroom

Classroom Setting:

Mod/Severe or Extensive Support Needs (ESN)
Functional academics focus

Qualifications:

Active California ESN or Mod/Severe Special Education Credential required
Experience working with students in a functional academics or moderate/severe setting preferred
Strong understanding of IEP development and specialized instruction

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction aligned with student IEP goals
Support students with significant learning needs
Develop and implement individualized lesson plans
Collaborate with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families
Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
