Desired Qualifications:

• Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Bilingual proficiency required
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a small caseload of 8 students
• Work 15 hours per week on a consistent contract schedule
• Complete timely assessments, develop therapy plans, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to optimize learning outcomes
• Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Create and adapt therapy materials to meet individual student needs
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed throughout the school year
