Qualifications & Experience:

- Hold a valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred, but open to recent graduates
- Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes, MTSS/RTI frameworks, and diverse behavioral interventions

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and contribute to eligibility decisions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students as needed
- Assist in the creation of effective behavior and academic support plans
- Maintain thorough, confidential documentation and contribute to compliance
