Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or able to obtain prior to start)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience delivering therapy in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to tailor interventions to students with a range of communication needs
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with teachers, specialists, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students per IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine eligibility and progress
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain timely and accurate therapy records and reports
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to positive educational outcomes
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support communication development
