Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to become part of our expanding orthopedic team. Role OverviewWe seek a fellowship-trained sports surgeon proficient in advanced arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration, and surgeries involving the shoulder and knee, as well as providing comprehensive care for athletes and active individuals. With a solid referral network, dedicated operating room access, and strong support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), you will immediately engage with a robust case volume in a practice designed for sustained success.

- Shared evening and weekend on-call schedule (1:8)

- MD or DO degree
- Fellowship training in Orthopedic Sports Medicine
- ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible status required
- Ability to secure medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
- Strong skills in arthroscopic and open sports surgery (shoulder, knee, hip optional)
- Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset
- Open to both recent graduates and seasoned surgeons
- Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production starting at 10,650 wRVUs
- Transition to a straight production model beginning in year three
- Potential earnings exceeding $1 million annually
