In this role, you'll coordinate outgoing shipments, prepare shipping paperwork, communicate with carriers, track deliveries, and ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.\n

\n Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:\n
\n
    \n
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including shipping labels and bills of lading, ensuring order accuracy.
    • \n
  • Coordinate shipments with parcel, LTL, and local carriers while tracking deliveries and resolving shipping issues.
    • \n
  • Verify completed orders against work orders, packing slips, and customer requirements.
    • \n
  • Collaborate with production and installation teams to prioritize shipments and support inventory organization.
    • \n
  • Maintain a safe, organized shipping area while handling and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
    • \n

\n Schedule: \n
\n
\n 1st shift: Monday – Thursday 5:00am – 3:30pm\n
\n
\n 2nd shift Monday – Thursday 3:00pm – 1:30am\n
\n
\n Weekend shift Friday – Sunday 6:00am – 6:30pm\n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Pay: $22 per hour \n
\n
    \n
  • 1st shift: $22 per hour
    • \n
  • 2nd shift $22 per hour +$2 differential = $24 per hour
    • \n
  • Weekend shift $22 per hour +$2 differential = $24 per hour

\n
\n Logistics Coordinator Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment such as warehouse, production, logistics, retail, or food service.
    • \n
  • Ability to follow established processes, perform repetitive tasks accurately, and maintain attention to detail.
    • \n
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and frequently lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 lbs.
    • \n
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to access work orders and enter information as needed.
    • \n
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with a reliable, self-motivated, team-oriented work ethic.
