Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-4 grade students
- Understanding of various learning disabilities and effective teaching strategies
- Familiarity with push-in/pull-out instructional models
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering direct instruction within both general education classrooms (push-in) and small group or one-on-one settings (pull-out)
- Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting instructional approaches as needed
- Providing support and resources to classroom teachers to foster inclusive learning environments
- Collaborating regularly with families, therapists, and other educational professionals
