Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist License
- Completion of the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience working in schools, especially with elementary and middle school populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Well-versed in assessment techniques, IEP implementation, and progress monitoring
Your Role:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students
- Conduct evaluations, write reports, and maintain detailed documentation
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators and families to address student needs and foster communication skills
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and professional development as required
