Position Details
Full-time, onsite position
School year contract: July 20 - May 28
Elementary student population (Kindergarten through 3rd Grade)
Caseload may reach approximately 85 students
Dedicated SLPA support
Collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings.
Develop and implement individualized therapy programs and IEP goals.
Provide direct speech-language services to elementary-aged students.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active state SLP license.
School-based experience preferred.
Knowledge of IEP development and special education compliance.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation
$40-$50 per hour, based on experience.
