Speech Language Pathologist in Zolfo Springs, FL

Make a meaningful impact by supporting PreK students as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist in a contracted, on-site role. This opportunity focuses exclusively on early learners, providing direct, in-person speech and language therapy services in a school setting conveniently located near Zolfo Springs, FL. With a flexible schedule of up to 25 hours per week, you’ll be able to dedicate your expertise to young children at a crucial stage in their development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state license to practice as an SLP in Florida
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to the unique needs of PreK children
• Reliable availability for in-person sessions up to 25 hours weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses for PreK students
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans
• Provide direct, hands-on speech and language therapy tailored to young learners
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent support
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
