Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Virginia
- Proficiency in school-based or pediatric SLP services
- Skilled in both healthcare and school settings for SLP
- Comfortable managing K-12 caseloads of varying sizes
- Candidates with either CFY or CCC status are welcome
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload of students across K-12 grades
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with school and district standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
