Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for students, identifying learning and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support individualized education and intervention plans (IEPs/504s)
  • Provide evidence-based counseling, crisis response, and behavior intervention services
  • Consult with school teams regarding best practices for MTSS/RTI implementation
  • Support a positive, inclusive school climate and promote student success
