We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall functional independence. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with families, educators, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to help individuals achieve their highest level of participation and success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to address gross motor skills, mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to support successful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification (preferred, if applicable).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
