Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state Occupational Therapy license (must be current and in hand)
• Active IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Previous experience in school-based OT roles strongly preferred
• Proficient in assessing and developing treatment plans for PreK-8 students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy, consultative services, and evaluation for a varied caseload of PreK through 8th-grade students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Attend school meetings and contribute to a multi-disciplinary educational team
• Employ evidence-based interventions to promote academic success and daily functioning
