Location: St. Cloud, MN

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Fully Onsite)

Position Overview

A growing financial services organization is seeking an Operations Associate to support back-office processing and account maintenance activities. This role is ideal for candidates with administrative or office experience who are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily operational tasks, including account maintenance, asset movements, transfers, and account setup activities.
• Complete routine and complex transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research, identify, and resolve processing issues.
• Follow established procedures to meet service level agreements and quality standards.
• Utilize financial systems, software, and internal tools to complete assigned work.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to support operational objectives and client service goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an office environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Cloud, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
