Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Fully Onsite)
Position OverviewA growing financial services organization is seeking an Operations Associate to support back-office processing and account maintenance activities. This role is ideal for candidates with administrative or office experience who are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Process daily operational tasks, including account maintenance, asset movements, transfers, and account setup activities.
- Complete routine and complex transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Research, identify, and resolve processing issues.
- Follow established procedures to meet service level agreements and quality standards.
- Utilize financial systems, software, and internal tools to complete assigned work.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to support operational objectives and client service goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an office environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Cloud, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
