Do you love working with data, solving business problems, and using technology to uncover insights?

Borusan Pipe U.S. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and help transform financial and operational data into actionable business decisions. This role offers hands-on exposure to FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, manufacturing finance, inventory, and executive reporting while partnering with leaders across the business.

What You'll Do:

â Analyze financial and operational performance
\n â Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
\n â Build financial models and management reports
\n â Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
\n â Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders
\n â Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics tools to generate deeper business insights and improve decision-making

What We're Looking For:

â Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
\n â New graduate or 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or analytics
\n â Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
\n â Curiosity about AI, data analytics, automation, and emerging finance technologies
\n â Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow
