This location provides heat treating and braze services, specializing in Honeycomb Braze. Serving the Aerospace and Commercial Industries.

Responsibilities:

\n - Fiscal Responsibility
\n - Heat Treat Revenue Growth and Development
\n - Braze Revenue Growth and Development
\n - NDT
\n - Labor, Staffing, and Employee Training
\n - Quality Control
\n - Customer Relations
\n - Quoting and Invoicing
\n - Purchasing
\n - Process and Equipment Control
\n - Equipment Repair and Plant Maintenance
\n
\n
Qualifications:
\n
\n - Degree in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering preferred, but the right experience is also considered.
\n - Must have knowledge of all phases of heat treating and brazing.
\n - Heat treating experience is required.
\n - Experience with AS9100 and/or Nadcap Quality Systems
\n - Strong Leadership and Management skills.
\n
