Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, managing complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and executive communications.
- Coordinate board, committee, and leadership meeting logistics, including document management, distribution, and follow-up tracking.
- Support travel arrangements, expense reporting, and compliance with company policies.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and effective communication.
- Track deadlines, action items, operational metrics, and key initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Coordinate company meetings, town halls, and special events, including presentation preparation and logistics.
- Maintain confidential records, filing systems, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with budgeting activities, purchase requests, vendor coordination, contract routing, and general office administration.
- Manage incoming and outgoing business correspondence and mail processes.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of executive or senior-level administrative support experience preferred.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong professional judgment and discretion.
- Proven ability to build relationships with executives, employees, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational, time management, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and communications.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Comfortable supporting executive leadership in an onsite environment and providing occasional after-hours support as business needs require.
