Parts Specialist/Customer Service

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Specialist for our client to oversee international shipping operations, manage warehouse activities, and provide exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient transportation of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and resolving shipping-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor shipping schedules, documentation, and carrier communications.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and inventory issues.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status and order inquiries.
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to improve logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and international shipping regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or transportation coordination.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation is preferred.
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay/Benefits:

• Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
