  • Operate plastic grinding machinery safely and efficiently

  • Sort and identify plastic materials before processing
    • \n
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE

  • Communicate with leads and team members to support production goals
    • \n
  • Operate forklift
    • \n

\n Schedule\n
\n
\n Night Shift\n
\n 12-hour rotating schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off\n
\n Every other weekend off\n
\n Overtime may be required\n
\n
\n Requirements\n
\n

  • Previous experience operating grinding machinery required
    • \n
  • Manufacturing or plastics industry experience preferred
    • \n
  • Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
    • \n
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • \n
  • Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift
    • \n
  • Commitment to workplace safety and attendance
    • \n
  • Forklift experience
    • \n
