\n\n Soldering/Assembler Job Duties:\n
\n\n • Perform hand soldering of electronic components on circuit boards and assemblies\n
\n • Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications\n
\n • Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy\n
\n • Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and assembly documentation\n
\n • Utilize hand tools and small power tools to complete assembly tasks\n
\n • Identify and report quality concerns or defects\n
\n • Support testing, troubleshooting, and rework activities as needed\n
\n • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures\n

\n\n Monday–Friday, Day Shift\n

\n\n Soldering/Assembler Requirements:\n
\n\n • Must have 2 years of hand soldering experience \n
\n • Experience with through-hole and/or surface mount soldering preferred\n
\n • Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed assembly work\n
\n • Comfortable using microscopes, magnifiers, and precision hand tools\n
\n • Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams\n
\n • Strong attention to detail and quality standards\n
\n • Manufacturing or electronics assembly experience preferred\n
\n • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic\n
\n\n • Experience with through-hole and/or surface mount soldering preferred\n
