Coordinator-Line Lead

Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:As our Production Line Leader, you'll oversee day-to-day operations across the filling and packaging line. You'll train, guide, encourage, and work with your team to keep quality high, schedules on track, and production standards sharp. Key responsibilities:Lead production employees to meet shift goals with consistency and qualityTrain team members on SOPs, WIs, good housekeeping, and safety protocolsTrack scrap with precision and make sure it's disposed of correctly and properlyRecord production documentation and finished goods in SAPPerform ongoing quality checks, appearance, torque, and weightCoordinate closely with cross-functional departments on projects and changeoversJump into investigations of failures or deviations and help uncover starting causesKeep your line and your crew tidy, compliant, and always readyPromote safety and lead by example in adherence to OSHA, GMP, and company policiesBe a strong communicator and a trusted team leader across your shiftsBasic Computer skill are required
