Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring a Staff Accountant to perform month-end close, perform account reconciliation, and assist with reporting and forecasting. The Staff Accountant role requires 1-3 years of experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong Excel skills. This temporary role will be onsite in Seattle, WA with hybrid flexibility after training. Responsibilities:

• Full cycle accounting
• Perform month-end close procedures
• Assist with Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process
• Reconcile GL and bank accounts
• Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and forecasting
• Compile audit and tax related documents as needed
• Research and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $33/hr to $36/hr and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $36.00 per hour
