Our client is a large consumer goods corporation that is hiring for a Director of FP&A. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's or MBA in Accounting or Finance along with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within the consumer product, retail or eCommerce space. You will be responsible for expanding upon and building up the FP&A function across the organization, including international operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, successful company that will give you excellent top-level exposure within an international corporation. This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary range of $225,000 to $250,000 plus bonus and a robust benefits package. Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite is preferred.

Responsibilities of the Director of Finance include:

· Report to the CFO and work on developing the corporate budget and forecast process

· Work closely with business leaders on detailed reports used in high level decision making for this corporation

· Oversee a team of analysts tasked with creating short and long term financial plans

· Report on revenue recognition for the business, collaborating closely with the corporate accounting and finance teams

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters or MBA preferable

· Eight or more years of experience, prior management experience also required

· Experience in corporate financial planning and analysis within a large consumer products company

· Strong skills in creating and tracking multiple budgets and reporting short and long term results up to the CFO level
