• ABA 1st–2nd Grade Special Education Teacher

Position Overview

We are seeking two dedicated ABA Special Education Teachers to join a supportive school district in Bloomfield, NJ for the 2026–2027 school year. These positions serve students in self-contained autism classrooms and provide instruction using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.

Classroom Details

• Self-contained Autism classroom
• Students are primarily non-verbal
• Instruction utilizes Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
• ABA experience is preferred but not required

Qualifications

Candidates must hold one of the following:

• Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) certification and Elementary Education (K–6) certification, or
• Teacher of the Handicapped (TOH) certification
