Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of speech and language development in children

- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct speech and language therapy to students

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and support professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Educate and provide resources to teachers and families regarding communication disorders and strategies
- Maintain up-to-date records and prepare documentation required by the school
