About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join a supportive school team in South Carolina for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position is based at one elementary school campus and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and overall academic success.

Assigned to 1 elementary school campus
Elementary-aged student caseload
Caseload specifics and program details will be discussed during the interview process
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations
Pay: 45-55 an hour depending on experience
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for licensure)
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
