What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in MN (or eligibility)
  • CCC credential or CFY status welcomed
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-age children (K–12th grade)
  • Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and school-based evaluation/therapy preferred
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere

Your Role:

  • Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students in K–12th grades
  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop, implement, and update IEP goals in partnership with educators and families
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school initiatives
  • Support students across various settings, adapting interventions to optimize growth
