School Occupational Therapist - Tempe, Arizona

This full-time, contract opportunity is based onsite near Tempe, AZ and spans the 2026-2027 school year (August–May, dates subject to change). Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapy state license (required)
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance (FP) Card in hand (mandatory)
• Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to support a diverse caseload of PreK-8th grade students
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for students of varying needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services directly to students as outlined in IEPs and other relevant plans
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
• Work in collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Adapt therapeutic interventions to classroom settings, supporting students' academic and social participation
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of student-centered strategies
