Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or ability to obtain one prior to start
  • Internship or previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Proficiency with assessment tools, MTSS/RTI process, and IEP development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork with staff, students, and families
  • Positive, solution-oriented approach to working with diverse populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psycho-educational assessments, interpret results, and communicate findings as part of multidisciplinary teams
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs, behavior intervention plans, and individualized student supports
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to provide strategies for academic, social-emotional, and behavioral success
  • Deliver counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
  • Participate in data-driven decision-making and monitor progress toward student goals
  • Lead and support initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive school climate
