Job responsibilities

Some of the sales representatives responsibilities include:

• Meet or surpass goals for outreach, leads, and/or sales
\n
• Engage prospects via phone, email and messaging to generate sales
\n
• Follow up with new customers to gauge their satisfaction and build customer relationships
\n
• Enter all leads and sales, including customer information, into our online CRM sales portal
\n
• Study
  \n details of our new product and familiarize yourself with our target
  \n audience to facilitate strong interaction with potential customers
\n
• Explain the features and benefits of the new product
\n
• Show authenticity and ability to build relationships with potential customers
\n

Job qualifications

Some of the sales representatives qualifications include:

\n
• Ability to quickly immerse yourself in the details of the new product
\n
• Excellent
  \n communication skills and interpersonal skills to engage potential
  \n customers, listen, build rapport, assess customer needs, and quickly
  \n adjust a pitch to changing dynamics of the interaction
\n
• Good time management skills
\n
• At least two years of sales experience and proven track record in using inside sales methods to generate leads and sell products
\n
• Sales experience in the life insurance industry is highly beneficial but not required
\n
• Bachelors
  \n degree in business is beneficial, but experience can be substituted for
  \n higher education for reps with high school diplomas
\n
