\n Our Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring a seamless employee experience from recruitment through onboarding and beyond. This role is responsible for coordinating new hire processes, maintaining employee records, supporting compliance initiatives, and serving as a resource for employees and managers.
\n Note: This is a hybrid role and will be required to attend new hire orientation 1-2 times per month in our Des Moines office
\n What You'll Do
Coordinate the onboarding process from offer acceptance through new hire orientation.
\nProcess background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment requirements.
\nPrepare and maintain employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
\nFacilitate new hire orientation, including first-day setup, I-9 completion, and onboarding documentation.
\nVerify employment eligibility and maintain I-9 records in compliance with federal regulations.
\nServe as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, onboarding, and general HR processes.
\nProcess employee status changes, terminations, and other HR transactions.
\nAssist with HR compliance initiatives, including licensure, certification, and training audits.
\nMaintain HR documentation, correspondence, and personnel files.
\nSupport HR projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
\nPartner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Operations, and Clinical Leadership to ensure an exceptional employee experience.
\nPerform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
\nWhat You Have
\nAssociate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
\n1–3 years of Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred.
\nExperience with HRIS systems (Dayforce experience preferred).
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\nExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
\nInterest in growing a career in Human Resources, with a desire to develop into an HR Generalist role.
