Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading global company to fill their open Human Resources Specialist job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $28.00 and $30.00 per hour. During the temporary assignment, you will also be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below). When you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
-Assisting with recruiting and onboarding new employees
-Entering and updating employee information in the database
-Creating reports and presentations
-Assisting with benefits registration and administration
-Tracking time and attendance
-Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
-Answering basic Human Resources questions
-Managing employee files
-All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:
-At least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar Human Resources role
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Previous experience with HRIS software preferred

Schedule:
-Monday - Friday
-Typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; you must be flexible and able to adjust your schedule depending on business needs as you will be supporting employees located in various time zones

Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $28.00 and $ 30.00
