Accounts Receivable/ Accountant

LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for an accounts receivable accountant in West Palm Beach, FL

area. Our client is searching for an accounts receivable accountant with a strong reconciliation and nonprofit background. This position is working fully in office with a company that offers excellent benefits. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits.

Responsibilities to include:

· Prepares and processes daily deposits (cash, checks, credit cards, ACH) for all accounts

· Review and process daily sales reports and input into MIP system

· Maintains and reconciles Admin petty cash

· Book journal entries, prepare client activity statements utilizing MIP software

· Reconcile accounts and track outstanding receipts

· Record monthly ACH and credit card payments

· Enter vendor and client invoices.

· Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements.

You are a great fit if

· Prior non profit accounting experience

· Experience with MIP software

· Strong Reconciliations required

· Prior accounts receivable background

This position will pay $48k-$52k annually depending on resume and experience. Please apply today!
