**ROLE – SPECIALTY**
\n Sonographer – Vascular Ultrasound

**SCHEDULE**
\n Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

**ASSIGNMENT DETAILS**
\n Contract Length: 143 weeks

**REQUIREMENTS**
\n - Registered with ARDMS or CCI for vascular ultrasound
\n - General vascular certification (RVT or RVS)

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
\n - Provide mobile ultrasound services to various healthcare facilities, including nursing homes and home care settings.
\n - Perform and process ultrasounds using portable sonographic equipment, ensuring images are diagnostically competent.
\n - Check and verify patient orders for accuracy against exams listed in patients' charts.
\n - Ensure patient identification by asking for two patient identifiers.
\n - Maintain professional communication with dispatch, peers, and facility staff.
\n - Ensure the maintenance of sonographic equipment and vehicle.

**COMPLIANCE / NOTES**
\n - Vaccination against COVID-19 is required, with exemption options subject to documentation.
\n - Maintain a valid driver's license and provide documentation as required.
\n - Must successfully pass background checks and drug screening.
