Position OverviewOur organization is seeking a full-time general orthopaedic surgeon to become part of our expanding Orthopaedic service line. The practice locations span the Atlanta metropolitan area and its surroundings, including LaGrange, Georgia. The primary focus will be on assessing and managing both operative and non-operative musculoskeletal care, particularly in knee and hip joint replacements.
Job Responsibilities- Evaluate and manage musculoskeletal patient care needs.
- Perform both operative and non-operative procedures.
- Engage in educational opportunities for residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals.
- Completion of an accredited orthopaedic residency.
- Board certified or board eligible in the relevant field.
- Fellowship training is preferred.
Compensation and appointment level will be based on the applicant's qualifications and experience. Stipends for residency or fellowship may be available. This role reports directly to the department chair.
