You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, foster communication skills, and provide vital support to a diverse caseload of approximately 90 students, with a primary responsibility of case-managing around 30.

Key Qualifications:

• SLP-CCC certification (required)
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and report writing
• Ability to connect with students grade 5 and above
• Organizational skills to manage a moderate-to-large caseload
• Adaptability and willingness to engage with multiple school teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with a range of speech and language needs
• Manage IEP development and implementation for approximately 30 students
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, parents, and administrators across three schools
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and manage required documentation
• Provide consultative support to teachers and other staff to foster student success in the classroom
• Participate in relevant meetings and contribute insights for best student outcomes
