This dynamic role offers a balanced, flexible schedule: four in-person days on site with students and a fifth hybrid day, allowing adaptability to fit your routine. Scheduling for your hybrid day offers some flexibility, making it easier to meet professional and personal commitments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as required for Ohio schools
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Previous experience with school-aged students preferred, but not required
  • Ability to adapt across multiple school settings and flexible caseloads

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students as designated by IEPs and building needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to help students meet their speech and language goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting for all students served
  • Adjust services and strategies to meet the diverse communication needs within the district
  • Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
