Candidates must hold licensure or eligibility in Vermont and have completed or be in the process of completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or possess the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Vermont SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• School-based experience or a strong interest in working in elementary settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and provide both direct and indirect speech/language services
• Manage a caseload of elementary students with a variety of communication needs
